Danny Shears

In 2007, I opened an interior design and exotic furniture company for luxury properties overseas. I then began to purchase and renovate my own investments and offer them to clients with unique tastes. While abroad, I obtained my Master's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations, I then went on to finish my Ph.D. study in Interpersonal and Intercultural Communication. I believe that both were an excellent addition to my career as a compassionate and professional realtor. Before arriving in Fort Lauderdale in 2010 to begin my South Florida real estate career, I was buying and selling properties in California. I became well known for my renovation, interior design, and flipping skills. I grew up in a real estate family in Montreal, Canada. My parents owned one of the largest private brokerages in the province for over 40 years. This is where I learned that integrity and honesty were key when working with clients for successful closures and repeat business. My family taught me that a good reputation is paramount to a happy and successful career. I believe that in Fort Lauderdale, I have kept to my promise of working hard for my clients to ensure that I put them above all else - my reviews attest to that. Finally, I believe that my experience adds to my professionalism when it comes to marketing properties by using the most up-to-date advertising, marketing, and real estate technologies. Have been rated as being in the top 1% of South Florida agents for most properties sold each year. I am fluent in English, French, and Italian.
